All utilities (including Wi-Fi), necessary kitchen appliances (fridge, gas stove, microwave oven, electric kettle) and dishes are available. The house is fully heated (there is a heating system and a heated floor). In the courtyard there is a closed pavilion with a brick barbecue, a large wooden table with chairs, a refrigerator, a sink and all the necessary utensils. The booth is designed for 15 people. There is a free parking space for 3 cars. There is a video surveillance system installed in the area.
